RAJOURI/JAMMU: Two people were killed and five others injured, when a Tata Sumo skidded off the road and rolled down into a gorge in Rajouri district here on Friday, officials said.
The accident took place on Shahdra Sharif road in Thanamandi area, they said.
The injured have been hospitalised.
The deceased have been identified as Mohd Yasir, son of Mohd Hussain, resident of Bhangai Thanamandi and other is unidentified female wife of Chaman Lal, resident of Agrati Rajouri; Arushi alias Nakita, daughter of Chaman Lal, resident of Agrati Rajouri; Aliya, daughter of Zulfkar Khan, resident of Agrati Rajouri; Shakeel Ahmed, son of Faqir Mohd, resident of Paruri Kotranka and Kala Khan, son of Noor Mohd, resident of Maradpur Rajouri.
