JAMMU: MLA Rajesh Gupta on Thursday started tile work and the construction of drains at Masjid Gali, Prem Gali and some parts of Kaali Jani at an estimated cost of Rs 7.25 lakh.
“Due to the incessant rains there is a lot of damage to the infrastructure but we would set the things right in the shortest possible time with the cooperation of the people,” Gupta said.
The President of the Kaali Jani Association Sawhney and Vikram welcomed the MLA.
“We have great faith in the Maha Mantra of Sab Ka Saath Sab Ka Vikas and our nation is moving on that path towards greatness and glory,” Gupta said. MLA was accompanied by BJP leaders Mohan Singh Chouhan, Rajneesh Jain, Rajkumar Sharma, Chandan Gupta, Som Dutt Khajuria, Tarsem Jain, Prem, Ramesh Sharma, Prof Shyam, Kuldeep Kandhari, Girdhari Lal, Chaman Lal, Amit, Ankush Sharma, Vijay Mahajan, Arun Sethi and Finest Varmani.
