The accused in furtherance of a criminal conspiracy obtained the PRC and other related documents viz. Ration Card, Voter list etc. pertaining to Pishori Lal and used the same fraudulently and procured the PRC in their favour in connivance with the revenue officials. It was further revealed that Ashok Kumar was son of Sant Ram who migrated from Pakistan and started living in Batala, Punjab and thereafter, in the year 1979-80 he came to Jammu and married one Sudesh Kumari and started living with his in-laws and that all the documents viz voter card, ration card etc. used for procuring the PRC belonged to the real fore-fathers of Sudesh Kumari.
