JAMMU: Jodhamal Public School is going to host VoxPopuli-the biggest debating phenomenon, which has travelled to almost 25 states, on 29th and 30th May, 2016.
This was informed by Principal of the School, Trilok Singh Bist in a media interaction here on Friday.
“The founder of VoxPopuli, a young and dynamic scholar from IIT, Shreyansh Bhalotia had chosen Jodhamal School as the venue for the J and K Chapter,” he said adding that this is for the first time that almost 300 debating students are coming together to experience an altogether a new phenomenon of the modern day debating.
This VoxPopuli debating, he said, will see students from Baramulla, Anantnag, Srinagar, Udhampur, Katra, Jammu and many more parts of the State.
All schools are invited for the same and once again if any school wishes to join on the spot can do so Bist said adding that he is going to get the students from Government High School Deeli as well into this VoxPopuli to get them an exposure at par with the private schools since Jodhamal has adopted this school and two more Govt primary schools in Jammu.
Present on the occasion were Vice Principal Monika Sethi, AO Bharat Bhushan Sharma, Coordinators Nandani Bakshi, Santosh Dogra and Radhika Sharma.
