JAMMU: Director General Youth Services and Sports Jahangir Mir on Friday felicitated Atul Pangotra, State Awardee for winning silver medal in individual men Senior Taekwondo (pomsae) during the World Taekwondo Hanmandang 2016 at Pokhra Nepal.
General Secretary, Jammu and Kashmir Olympic Association (JKOA), Prof. Ashutosh Sharma and Vice President JKTA, Nissar Hussain also congratulated Atul on his success in recently concluded world championship.
