JAMMU: Counseling & Placement Cell of Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences & Technology (SKUAST) of Jammu Wednesday launched its new web module.
The link of the web module of Counseling and Placement Cell will be available on the University website www.skuast.org. The web module was launched by Prof Pradeep K. Sharma, Vice Chancellor, SKUAST-Jammu. Prof. Sharma lauded the efforts of counseling & placement cell team of the University for putting in comprehensive information related to opportunities for University students in public/private sector, different fellowships/scholarships for studying abroad as well as in the country and skill development resources like resume making, communication, grooming for interview, group discussion etc.
Another important component of the web module is its fortnightly e-magazine “Career Calls” which provides information about job opportunities in different fields.
On this occasion among others Dr. J.P. Sharma, Director Research Dr. T.A.S Ganai, Director Education, Dr. B.B. Gupta, Registrar, Dr. Deepak Kher, PPMO, Dr. S.K. Sen, Comptroller, Dr. V.K. Razdan, University Librarian and Dr. Sanjay Guleria, Incharge Counseling & Placement Cell were present.
