They said while declaring the winter vacation vide Govt. order no. 626- Edu of 2015 Dated 23rd Dec 15, the Govt. has categorically on one hand bared the private schools for running even board classes during these vacation and threatened of strong action against the defaulters and on the other hand Govt. has started extra coaching classes for one section of the society while majority of the society is deprived of this benefit.
