120 youth trained under skill development

BILLAWAR: Under PMKVY, 120 unemployed youth including 100 girls and 20 boys are being imparted computer learning and tailoring cutting courses to make them self employed tailors and customer care executives.
Govt. of India under the scheme created a separate Ministry for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship which launched this Flagship skill development scheme by the name of PMKVY. This training programme has been established at Hari Prabhu Ashray Gujroo Nagrota by Durga Institute of Education which is one the franchise partner of Indo-Tech Pvt. Ltd. Chandigarh. TAfter proper training, trained youth can establish their own ventures by self help group with bank loan facility to earn their livelihood.
Durga Institute of Education in collaboration with M/s Indo-Tech Pvt. Ltd. will also provide placement to these unemployed youth after the completion of training courses.
General Secy. of Sanstha S.C Gupta thanked the management of Durga Institute of Education for establishing this training programme in the premises of Hari Prabhu Sanstha as providing skill development courses and employment to the unemployed youth of this remote area is one of the basic aims and objectives of Sanstha.
