JAMMU: The State Government on Friday transferred 10 Superintendents of Police (SPs).
According to an order issued by General Administration Department (GAD), Abdul Qayoom, Commandant, IRP 12 Bn, Javed Iqbal Matoo, Section Officer to ADGP Armed, Shabir Nawab, Additional SP Kulgam, Amit Gupta, Section Officer to ADGP Security and Shiv Kumar Chouhan, Deputy Commandant IRP 5th Bn have been transferred to State Vigilance Organisation (SVO).
Meanwhile, five SPs of SVO including Sameer Rekhi, Dr Koushal Kumar, R K Chalotra, Nisha Nathyal and Mohd Yaseen Kitchloo have been directed to report to Home Department for further posting.
