SRINAGAR: Ten persons were injured in different road accidents across the Valley.
In Kulgam, a truck bearing registration number JK02R-9071 turned turtle at toll post, Qazigund resulting in injuries to the driver. The injured was shifted to the hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, a Tavera bearing registration number JK03E-4401 hit a Motorcycle bearing registration number JK12Q-6537 at Jawahar Tunnel, resulting in injuries to motorcyclist. The injured was shifted to the hospital for treatment.
In Anantnag, a passenger vehicle bearing registration number JK03-8604 turned turtle at Naninard near Railway Station Crossing Hassanpora, resulting in injuries to four passengers including the driver of the vehicle. All the injured were shifted to the hospital for treatment.
In Bandipora, a Tata Sumo bearing registration number JK05D-3403 turned turtle at Halwadi Gujjar Pati in the jurisdiction of Police Station Aragam, resulting in injuries to a passenger and the driver of the vehicle. Both the injured were shifted to the hospital for treatment. In Sopore, a vehicle bearing registration number JK05A-9654 hit and injured two pedestrians identified as Mohammad Amin Bhat and Abdul Gani Wagay residents of Wadoora at Seelu. Both the injured were shifted to the hospital for treatment.
Police have registered the cases in this regard.
