SRINAGAR: One person died while three others were injured in two separate road accidents in Awantipora and Srinagar.
In Awantipora, a Tipper bearing registration number JK04B-7040 hit and injured three pedestrians Naseer Ahmad Kumar, Aijaz Ahmad Kumar and Yawar Ahmad Kumar sons of Ali Mohammad, residents of Lethpora.
All the injured were shifted to Sub District Hospital Pampore for treatment, where Yawar Ahmad Kumar succumbed to his injuries.
In Srinagar, a Scooty bearing registration number JK02C-8149 hit and injured a pedestrian Amarjeet Singh resident of Khanday Colony Nowgam at Pehroo Chowk Nowgam in the jurisdiction of Police Station Nowgam. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment.
Police have registered the cases in this regard.
